Setting a mint's mint authority to null, permanently preventing any future supply increase.
Revoking mint authority is an on-chain transaction that changes the mint authority field to null. Once revoked, no wallet can mint new supply of that token — the supply becomes fixed forever.
Meme coins claiming "fixed supply" are only credible if mint authority is revoked. MakeMeACoin can revoke atomically with the platform fee in a single transaction.
