Terms of Service

1. Service

MakeMeACoin ("MMAC", "we", "us") provides non-custodial, self-service Solana tools including:

• Free SPL token minting (you pay Solana network fees only)
• Optional authority revoke, burn, and Raydium LP tools with SOL platform fees
• Public Launch Score, badges, and embeds (informational signals only)

We do not hold private keys, execute transactions without your wallet signature, or provide investment advice.

2. Fees

Current SOL platform fees are shown on Pricing before you sign:

• Mint: free (0 SOL MMAC fee)
• Revoke mint: 0.075 SOL
• Revoke freeze: 0.075 SOL
• Revoke both: 0.12 SOL
• Burn: 0.03 SOL
• Raydium LP: 0.1 SOL platform fee (pool rent separate)

Default mint flow may include authority revocation as a paid service (0.12 SOL) unless you disable it in Advanced options. Network (gas) fees are paid to Solana validators, not MMAC.

3. Launch Score

Launch Score is an automated trust and tradeability signal, not an audit, guarantee, or recommendation to buy or sell. See Methodology and Disclaimer.

4. Refunds

On-chain transactions are final. If a platform fee transfer succeeds but the intended action fails due to a verifiable platform error, contact us with the transaction signature. User rejections, insufficient SOL, or incorrect wallet authority are not refundable.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMAC's liability for any claim relating to paid tools is limited to the SOL platform fee you paid for that specific action. You are responsible for token economics, marketing claims, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.

6. Third parties

Tools interact with Phantom and other wallets, Solana RPC providers, Raydium, Jupiter, and block explorers. Their terms and availability apply independently.
