Service Agreement

1. Service Definition

MakeMeACoin ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an end-to-end Solana token launch service including:

  • SPL token minting on Solana blockchain
  • Metadata preparation and on-chain writing
  • Liquidity pool creation and setup
  • Authority configuration and management
  • Dashboard access for operations
  • Telegram support during business hours (see SLA for response targets)

2. Service Fee

Managed launch packages (paid in USDC on Solana). See Pricing for current tiers:

  • Self-Serve — from 0.1 SOL (platform fees at /launch)
  • Assisted Setup — $149 USD
  • Managed Launch — $299 USD
  • Founder Pack — $599 USD
  • Custom — from $999 USD
  • One-time payment per package unless add-ons are selected
  • No hidden platform fees beyond stated package and add-on prices
  • Self-serve tools at /launch use SOL platform fees shown before signing
  • Service starts after payment verification

3. Service Process

The service follows this workflow:

  1. User fills launch form with project details
  2. Team prepares draft launch plan
  3. User reviews and approves the plan
  4. System executes on-chain transactions
  5. Token + metadata + LP delivered live on chain

Standard delivery time: 24 hours
Express option: 1 hour (if requested)

4. User Approval and Responsibility

APPROVAL IS BINDING

The final structure presented to the user in the "Final Preview" screen is the binding record.

  • User must approve before chain writing
  • Approved configuration is the official source of truth
  • Changes requested by user transfer responsibility to user
  • Platform is responsible only for the approved final structure

5. Platform Responsibility

Platform takes responsibility for:

  • Technical errors originating from platform software or operations
  • Discrepancy between approved structure and on-chain result
  • Platform infrastructure failures preventing service delivery
  • Incorrect configuration produced by the platform

6. Out of Scope (Not Covered)

Platform is NOT responsible for:

  • User intervention breaking the approved configuration
  • Attacks, exploits, or market manipulation
  • Token price movements or market outcomes
  • Third-party service failures (Phantom, Solana RPC, IPFS, etc.)
  • User wallet security or loss of private keys
  • Listing, marketing, or community management
  • Economic outcomes or revenue guarantees
  • Rug allegations or project reputation issues

7. Insurance and Coverage

Insurance coverage details:

  • Insurance covers platform-originated technical errors only
  • No separate reserve wallet for insurance
  • Coverage limited to service fee paid
  • Does not cover user-added liquidity or funds
  • Does not cover indirect or economic damages

8. Authority and Timelock

Default authority configuration:

  • Mint authority is closed by default
  • User can request authority to remain open (optional)
  • Opening authority creates additional risk (user responsibility)
  • Platform does not provide timelock services
  • All authority decisions clearly disclosed before approval

9. Support Levels

Critical (P1) - 15 minutes response

Service cannot proceed despite payment verification

High (P2) - 2 hours response

Configuration errors or workflow issues

Normal (P3) - 12 hours response

Information requests and minor questions

10. Security & Private Keys

IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE

MakeMeACoin NEVER stores, requests, or has access to your private keys. All transactions are signed through your connected wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.

11. Refund Policy

All service fees are non-refundable once the service process has begun. However, if a platform-originated technical error prevents service delivery, the platform will either complete the service or provide remediation up to the service fee paid.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKEMEACOIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Loss of funds or digital assets
  • Market volatility or price movements
  • Third-party service failures
  • User error or wallet compromise
  • Attacks, exploits, or rug allegations
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for your selected package (see Pricing).

13. Disclaimer of Investment Services

NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE

MakeMeACoin provides technical infrastructure for Solana token launches. We do NOT:

  • Offer investment advice or financial services
  • Manage, custody, or control user funds
  • Guarantee token value, liquidity, or market performance
  • Endorse or recommend any tokens launched
  • Act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary

14. Transparency

All operations are transparent and verifiable:

  • All transactions recorded on Solana blockchain
  • Transaction signatures link to Solscan for verification
  • Final approval structure stored with timestamp
  • Dashboard provides full operation logs

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Acknowledgment

By using MakeMeACoin's end-to-end launch service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You understand this is a technical service, not an investment service, and that you are responsible for all decisions regarding your token project.
