Interest-Bearing is a Token-2022 extension where declared token balances accrue interest over time. The underlying units do not change, but the display value updates using a fixed rate.
Useful for savings products, treasury notes, or yield-linked tokens. Some DEXes read the interest-adjusted amount and some do not, so integrations vary.
