Key facts
- LP tokens represent your share of the Raydium pool vault — custody of LP = custody of underlying assets
- Time-lock via locker program = verified secured custody until unlock date
- Burn to incinerator = permanent secured custody — cannot be undone
- LP in your hot wallet = founder-controlled — buyers treat as pullable until proven otherwise
What this means
MakeMeACoin creates Raydium CPMM pools at /lp but does not lock LP for you. After pool creation, use Streamflow, Team Finance, or another locker — or burn LP to an incinerator. Launch Score reports USD-weighted securedPct when custody is verified. For definitions (founder-controlled LP vs locked vs burned vs sent to another wallet), read /what-is-locked-liquidity first.
Step-by-step
- Create a Raydium CPMM pool from /lp on MakeMeACoin.
- Receive the LP tokens in your wallet after the pool is confirmed — save pool address and LP mint from Solscan.
- Decide between locking (time-limited, unlockable) or burning (permanent).
- For locking: deposit LP into a Solana locker program and record the public lock URL for buyers.
- For burning: send LP tokens to a known incinerator address and record the transaction signature.
- Publish the lock URL or burn tx alongside your public Launch Score — refresh /score/{mint} after propagation.

FAQ
Does MakeMeACoin lock liquidity for me?
No. MMAC creates Raydium CPMM pools at /lp; it does not currently provide a native LP locker. You lock or burn LP yourself with a third-party locker or incinerator — no third-party service is endorsed as risk-free.
Is burning LP the same as locking?
Both can count as verified secured custody if provable on-chain. Burn is permanent; time-lock expires on the unlock date. See /burn-liquidity-solana for LP burns (not SPL supply burns).
What is the difference vs "what is locked liquidity"?
/what-is-locked-liquidity explains custody types and securedPct. This page is the practical lock/burn workflow after pool creation.
